Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Hold Your Voice ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What We Do

Hold Your Voice is a writing tool that analyzes your content for brand voice consistency. We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to provide analysis and rewrite suggestions.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account.

4. Your Content

You own everything you write. We don't claim any rights to your content. We process your text to provide analysis but don't use it to train AI models or share it with third parties.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

All plans include a 3-day free trial.
After the trial, you'll be charged monthly unless you cancel.
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Their terms apply to payment processing.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has a monthly document limit. Analysis and checks within those documents are unlimited. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to: generate spam, harass others, violate laws, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or circumvent usage limits.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Anthropic) which may have their own outages.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data or business interruption.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
